The number of homes on the market with pending sales increased for the 18th week in a row! It was a 3.8% increase in Canyon County and 4.6% increase in Ada County for the week! The number of homes on the market in Canyon County decreased this week by 4% and by 2% in Ada County. If these numbers keep improving at this pace we could see things level off by the end of the summer and settle into a normal market!
