The number of homes on the market with pending sales decreased again this week. It was a 2.5 % decrease in Canyon County and 3.3% decrease in Ada County for the week. The number of homes on the market in Canyon County increased this week by 2.6% and increased by 0.8% in Ada County. So far the activity in the market has not dropped off that much since the $8,000 tax credit expired. That is a good sign that the market may be able to hold its own!
