The number of homes on the market with pending sales increased for the 14th week in a row! It was a 4.4% increase in Canyon County and actually a 1.1% decrease in Ada County for the week. The number of homes on the market in Canyon County decreased this week by 0.6% and decreased by 2% in Ada County. A quick peek into the March sold stats indicates that there was another healthy increase!
