The number of homes on the market with pending sales increased for the 17th week in a row! It was a 10.6% increase in Canyon County and 6.5% increase in Ada County for the week! The number of homes on the market in Canyon County decreased this week by 2% and increased by 1% in Ada County. The pending sales for both Counties are now at their highest level since 2008!
