The number of homes on the market with pending sales increased for the 13th week in a row! It was a 4.2% increase in Canyon County and a 4.8% increase in Ada County for the week. The number of homes on the market in Canyon County increased this week by 0.3% and increased by 1% in Ada County. What is really good to see is that there are 381 fewer homes on the market in Canyon County vs this same time last year and 504 fewer in Ada County!
