The number of homes on the market with pending sales increased for the 9th straight week in a row! It was a 10% increase in Canyon County and a 0.4% increase in Ada County for the week! We saw the number of homes on the market shrink in Canyon County while slightly rising in Ada County. Activity in the market has been picking up. We should see even more activity in March and April as we approach the tax credit deadline!
