According to a recent article by the New York Times, Boise registered an annual increase in sales last month. It stated that Boise had the biggest sales gain and reported a nearly 42 percent increase from a year ago. It also stated that Boise's median home price dropped nearly 14 percent from a year ago to $138,000.
